Some appointments require a phone call for triaging. Please check the date, location and check-in instructions for your physician prior to your appointment.
After-Hours Care
After-hours care is available to patients registered with our Family Health Organization for urgent, non-emergency concerns outside regular appointment hours.
Please review the weekly schedule below for the on-call physician, location, hours and booking instructions. Sessions are by appointment only; call the number listed for that session before attending.

Understanding your FHO
Contact your physician first
For routine care and follow-up, book with your own family physician. If you need an urgent appointment, call your physician’s office for advice.
Use the group's after-hours care
When an urgent, non-emergency concern cannot wait until the next business day, check the after-hours schedule. Follow the scheduled physician’s booking and check-in instructions.
Care outside the FHO
Whenever possible, use your family physician or the after-hours service for routine and non-emergency primary care. Outside walk-in or virtual clinics may not have your full history. Tell your physician about care received elsewhere so follow-up and records can be coordinated.
Prepare for your visit
Bring a valid health card, a current medication list and relevant medical information. Appointment, cancellation and prescription policies vary by physician; check your own physician’s website.
If you need emergency care, call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department. Do not delay emergency care to follow a clinic schedule
